Monday morning we got up early and headed up to Portland to go to the Portland Children's Museum. We met a good friend from college and 2 of her 3 kids there. My sister also took the day off and rode the bus down from Seattle and my mom came along too. The museum was lots of fun.

After the museum we went to the Columbia Sportswear employee store on a pass from a friend of my parents. Then we headed back to Washington park to play at the playground for a while. Afterwards we went over to my Aunt Diane and Uncle Michael's home to visit. My boys love their dog and their toys and we love to visit with them. We got pizza and sent Mikaylee off on her bus back to Seattle.
Tuesday we got all our stuff moved back over to Jim's parents and got to spend time with Jim's sister and Winn and Audrey. The boys loved their cousin time.
On Wednesday we took the boys to a bounce house place in Corvallis to play. They went pretty non-stop for their 90 minute play session. I sent them home with Jim and his Mom and I got to spend the rest of the day with my Mom. We went out to lunch and then I got a pedicure while she got a manicure. Jim and the boys came over for dinner and we said our goodbyes to my family for this trip.
While I was spending the day with my mom Emmett got to build a birdhouse.

We headed home on Friday, leaving a little later in the morning than usual and getting back at 11pm. The boys took a huge nap in the car which is pretty unusual, they must have been tired! Luckily they fell asleep soon after we got gas so we were able to go non-stop between LaGrande and Pocatello (about 6 hours). I don't think we've ever done that section non-stop.
Jim is working on a project, it is going to be a bench with storage for our garage entrance. This is what it looked like a few nights ago and it has already come a long way since then, he has been working on it lots of late nights. It will be really nice to have a place to sit and put shoes on and extra storage for shoes, coats, etc.
