We had probably the worst night sleep since Emmett was born. He hasn't done great sleeping away from home, but this time was terrible. He definitely had some sort of stomach trouble, he was writhing in pain and inconsolable. This would have been hard at home, but made much worse by the fact that we were staying in a condo with people above us. Finally the night was over and Emmett seemed much better during the day, even though his tummy still wasn't quite right. We ate a big breakfast and drove through the mountains to Park City. We went to the outlet mall there and walked down the historic main street and had dinner. It only took 3 hours and 15 minutes to drive from Park City back to our house...we forget how close it really is.

utah trip
While my parents were visiting we took a trip to Utah. They had only been to the SLC airport, so we went down for one night for a mini-vacation. We stayed East of Ogden, near Powder Mountain Resort. On the way down we stopped at a Cracker Barrel for lunch. Then we went to the Hill Air Force Base Museum. The museum's collection of aircraft was really pretty impressive, and we've been to our share of air museums. I was thinking back on the air museums we've been to...Museum of Flight in Seattle, Air and Space Smithsonian, Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, Kittyhawk, Virginia Air and Space Center. I think that's all, you'd think we were really into airplanes, and I don't think we actually are. Then we went and checked into our condo and I made BBQ Ribs. It was my first time making ribs and they turned out pretty good.
